Mindfulness has been shown to have benefits on emotional regulation, anxiety, and school performance. Tweens who practice mindfulness will have stronger resiliency and be better quipped to manage stress in a healthy way. In this 6-week group, tweens will learn the basic principles of mindfulness, its benefits and a variety of mindful practices that can be incorporated into daily routines.
