A safe, supportive forum where teens can connect and talk openly about the stress in their lives. We'll explore healthy, practical ways to better cope with anxiety, increase self esteem and build wellness. This group will meet weekly and is for teens 14-17 years old.

July 9, 2020 –
Mindfulness has been shown to have benefits on emotional regulation, anxiety, and school performance. Tweens who practice mindfulness will have stronger resiliency and be better quipped to manage stress in a healthy way. In this 6-week group, tweens will learn the basic principles of mindfulness, its benefits and a variety of mindful practices that can be incorporated into daily routines.
