Parent Space: Parenting Skills Group

A supportive forum where parents can connect and learn key parenting techniques.  Being a parent is challenging and sometimes we get in our own way!  This group will offer parents the opportunity to build increased self-awareness and a deeper understanding of how our own emotions impact our children. Members will learn tangible parenting skills designed to support and strengthen healthy parent/child relationships.
